Food that matches the energy of the night
Between performances and photo booths, food must appear fast and look generous. We plan staggered live counters, grazing bites, and proper sit-down options so elders and dancers both feel hosted.
Sangeet nights run long. We design replenishment rhythms so counters stay full when the DJ peaks and nothing heavy slows the dance floor.
Menu moods
Engagement and sangeet menus balance festivity with practicality - flavours that photograph, portions that satisfy, and service that never blocks the stage.
- Light festive starters and bite-sized grazing
- Live chaat and pani puri theatres
- Mocktail and beverage counters (host licenses where required)
- Compact mains for guests who want a proper meal
- Sweet finales that do not halt the music
Answers
Frequently asked questions
Can you serve food during performances?
Yes. We plan service waves around your run-of-show so food appears during natural breaks, not mid-performance.
Are you strictly vegetarian?
Yes - 100% pure vegetarian, prepared in dedicated kitchens with zero cross-contamination. Purity is part of our spiritual foundation and of every celebration we serve.
What is the minimum guest count?
Most functions start from 200 guests. Gala dinners and grand receptions typically begin at 500 guests. We will confirm minimums per function when we design your menu.
How early should we book?
As soon as your dates are fixed - especially for peak wedding season. Popular weekends fill early, and multi-day weddings need longer planning lead time.
