We would rather explain the drivers than publish a misleading "starting at" number that does not match your actual wedding week.
What moves the number most
These five factors account for most of the variation between quotations.
- Guest count per function - most menus start from 200 guests; gala dinners from 500
- Number of functions - mehendi, haldi, lunch, sangeet, reception each add scope
- Menu tier - Breakfast and Chai Adda cost less per guest than Gala Dinner with live stations
- Live counters - chaat theatres, tandoor, dosa, Carnival stations add production and staffing
- Logistics - outstation travel, freight, and accommodation for the team

These are planning numbers, not final quotes. GST @ 5% is exclusive. Your quotation reflects exact menu choices, guest counts, and logistics.

Book early for peak season - availability affects pricing less than scope, but late bookings limit menu and date flexibility.
